Every piece is made to order and ships in 4–6 weeks from order confirmation. You will receive tracking as soon as it leaves the workshop.

Delivery is complimentary across India and includes room-of-choice placement.

Our delivery partner contacts you to arrange a window before setting out, and will re-attempt if the first visit is missed.

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery provided the piece is unused and in original condition. Made-to-order finishes may carry a restocking fee.

Photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or repair at our cost.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the piece is collected and inspected, typically within 7–10 working days.

Allow roughly 600mm of table edge per person, and 900mm of clearance between the table edge and the nearest wall so chairs can pull out. Our sizing guides go into more detail.

Most pieces arrive with the frame and top separated for safe handling and take 15–40 minutes to assemble. The tools you need are in the carton.

Powder coat batches are consistent, but natural hardwood and stone vary. If an exact match matters, order the pieces together and tell us.

A dry or lightly damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners and steel wool, which will dull the powder coat.

Once a year with a clear furniture oil keeps the grain even. We include a starter tin with every oiled top.

Light marks in powder coat can usually be dressed. Contact us before attempting anything — we will tell you what works for that specific finish.

Two years on the frame, welds and finish under normal domestic use. Registration is automatic with your order.

Accidental damage, commercial use unless separately agreed, and the natural movement and colour change of solid timber and stone.
